Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Jeju Ocean Front Hotel, Jeju

The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean, with a balcony and sliding doors, one of which had a mosquito net. The location was good and situated in a beautiful area. However, it was extremely hot, which made it difficult to fall asleep. The service was outstanding, with kind and friendly staff who provided recommendations for the best eating locations. The dining options were decent but quite expensive, and the facilities were well-maintained.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the black pork street and Dongmun market, but it was a bit far from downtown and took us longer to get to attractions without a car. The rooms were of an acceptable size but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and lacked the option to adjust the temperature. The service was a mix of helpfulness and an unfortunate accusation of skipping out on a buffet check. The dining options were limited and overpriced, with homemade cakes being the only highlight.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice extras like bathrobes, although there was some construction noise. The staff provided excellent service, especially in helping us with transportation and directions. The location was convenient for public transportation and visiting local markets, but not ideal for some activities. The dining experience was below expectations in terms of quality and price.
